Vendors must provide accurate information regarding their inventory, including dimensions, location, and availability. OOHBUZZ reserves the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent inventory or fail to fulfill accepted bookings.
Advertisers are responsible for the creatives they upload. All creatives must comply with local laws and regulations. Vendors reserve the right to reject creatives that violate their content policies.
We are keeping an escrow to maintain transparency and good faith between both the parties. Payments are released once the promise is delivered, and as per the completion of SOPs. Once both parties mention that certain tasks are performed to their satisfaction, then only we process the payments, deducting fees for our services, which is 10% + GST of the project cost.
In case of discrepancies, OOHBUZZ reserves the right to delist, penalise, or charge against fraudulent activity, and oohbuzz.com is not liable. It is highly recommended for brands to verify the OOH space on their own before publishing. We do not take guarantee; we are mere facilitators, and we charge for our services.
OOHBUZZ offers limited warranty, which entails doing a verification of the authenticity of the business and OOH space owners to a certain level. It is recommended that users smartly use the platform and do their own due diligence.
