Advertisers may cancel an unapproved booking request at any time for a full refund. Once a booking is approved and paid for, cancellations made more than 14 days before the campaign start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are strictly non-refundable.
If a Vendor cancels an approved booking or fails to display the advertisement, the Advertiser will receive a 100% full refund. Vendors who frequently cancel bookings may face suspension.
If your creative asset is rejected by the Vendor due to content policy violations, you will be given an opportunity to upload a revised creative. If no revised creative is provided or approved before the start date, the booking will be cancelled and a 90% refund will be issued (a 10% processing fee applies).
