We collect information you provide directly — your name, business name, email, phone number, billing details, GST/Aadhaar KYC documents, billboard photographs (including embedded location metadata), and bank/payout information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, device information, and analytics events via Google Analytics.
We use your data to operate the marketplace: verifying identity (KYC), listing and matching OOH inventory, processing bookings and escrow payments, generating quotations, sending campaign and account notifications, and improving the platform. We never sell your personal data.
When media owners upload billboard photographs, we read embedded EXIF metadata (such as GPS coordinates and capture date) solely to verify the physical location of the advertising site. This improves accuracy for advertisers and prevents fraudulent listings.
We share information only as needed to deliver the service — for example, sharing advertiser campaign requirements with relevant media owners, or processing payments through our payment partner (Razorpay). We may disclose information where required by law.
Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted, and payment data is handled by PCI-compliant providers. While we apply strong safeguards, no system is perfectly secure, and we encourage users to protect their credentials.
